This class integrates whole body awareness focusing on stretching and strengthening different areas of the body including the hips, legs, glutes, spine, and core. You will improve flexibility and prevent injury. Some of the yoga benefits for runners are: strengthens all the muscles in your body, teaches you to use your breath as a tool, helps with flexibility, reminds you to rest and recover, trains your mind.

Ana is a Yoga instructor registered with Yoga Alliance. Her background is in System Engineering. Ana's motivation to start practicing Yoga 15 years ago was her desire to calm her mind. In October 2014, after losing one of her sons, she found peace and acceptance through practicing and studying Yoga.
Ana earned her first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification with CorePower Yoga and earned her Relax and Renew® Restorative Yoga Certification with Judith Hanson Lasater. She completed advanced studies in Yoga "RYT500" with Jason Crandell in San Francisco, where she resides. Ana sees Yoga as a gift that she enjoys sharing with her students in her classes and workshops.
