This practice is suitable for those who are new to yoga or just want to focus on the basics. Lauren will teach you about yoga props and substitutes you can use at home. She will show you how to sustain your practice by breathing mindfully. You’ll learn the names of postures and proper alignment and will leave this practice feeling connected to your body, breath and mind, with tools you can take with you into the rest of your yoga journey.

Lauren is a 200hr RYT International Yoga Instructor. After training at the OmFactory New York City in 2014 under Holly Coles and Amanda Wentworth, Lauren began her teaching career. She continued her studies for an additional 50 hours under Amanda Winkler, head of Yoga Programming at OM Factory NYC. In January of 2016, she completed her certification to teach SUP Yoga in Laguna Beach, CA, which she currently teaches while traveling though the Hawaiian Islands. Her Yoga photography has been featured on REI.com, Weather Channel, and BohoDaily.
