Leela Nathan
I am a certified Hatha and Yin yoga teacher. I believe that when one begins practicing yoga, there is nowhere in one's life that it does not exist. My personal practice is deeply spiritual and introspective, using breathwork, meditation, ritual and asana together to create a complete practice. I guide all levels and ages of people in my classes from children to seniors, beginners to fellow teachers. I am a seeker and through my classes, encourage others to look within themselves for clarity, guidance, healing, and answers through the exploration of their own yoga practice and other spiritual practices.
