Vinyasa Yoga with Katy Noes

Centering and warm up followed by some breathing. Sun salutations will be used as a springboard for the main portion of the practice. Balancing poses will be distributedthroughout practice as well as stretching and relaxation.

Katy has experience in leading group classes in hatha, vinyasa, and gentle and restorative yoga. She also enjoys working one on one with students. Katy encourages students to build a practice that is suitable to their specific needs through working with them to discover awareness and unity of body and mind. Yoga is the perfect tool to learn to be in tune with your own body in order to aid the body in the overcoming of challenges of immobility and to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
