In this class we will do breathing exercises and visualization techniques to relax the mind and the body. Sleeping is the most important part of our life, where our energy body meets the physical one. Your instructor, RYT 200 Hours Certified and Expert Reiki Practitioner, will guide you into an ocean of calm to prepare you for a restoring sleeping time and give you strength for the week ahead!

Andrea is an Italian born yoga instructor who is living in the USA for the last twenty years and in the last three in Colorado Springs. His passion for yoga and Buddhist philosophy started in 1999 when he lived in Thailand. Through his training and certification as RYT200 he has worked for private companies, delivering chair yoga and gentle vinyasa, and has become responsible for the volunteer program at Pikes Peak East Library helping with restorative, meditation, and gentle vinyasa flow classes.
