Daniel Hickman

Daniel has trained in raja yoga from monastics, and continues to train in the buddhadhamma with lay people in sanghas. His tao is Multidisciplinary Yoga, an amalgamation of mind-body modalities steeped in deep meditative experience. His background is in physical theater arts, traditional rock climbing, eastern arts, western body-based psychologies, various body-work styles, and sitting meditation. His classes are for all levels, lineages and lifestyles.
