The first half of the class consists of 25 minutes of heart pumping dance cardio followed by a choreographed dance fitness routine to some of your favorite top hit songs. Dance Cardio - burn calories, utilizes different muscle groups, improves rhythm and coordination all while having a blast. Choreography- improves cognitive performance, challenges the brain and improves balance.
