Ayurveda infused Ashtanga Yoga with Stacey McInally
Stacey is teaching a contemporary twist on Ashtanga Vinyasa with incorporation of Ayurvedic principles. All levels welcomed, even beginners. Several queues, options, and suggestions given throughout the flow. Props are not necessary, but if you have them handy, keep them close by! Blocks can be replaced with books, and a strap can be replaced with a towel or a belt.

Stacey has been practicing yoga for over 13 years. In August of 2018 she decided to obtain her registered yoga certification of 200 hours. She is currently going to school for her graduate degree of Integrative Medicine, Ayurveda. She likes to incorporate this ancient knowledge into her practices considering the strong connection and lineage they share. Feel free to ask questions if they come up. She has a very laid back approach to teaching and encourage ideas, questions, and thoughts.
