Elizabeth will focus on mindfulness, breath linked with movement and yoga flow to help not only treat anxiety, but better understand it. Mental health issues effect our bodies physically - creating long lasting impressions on our muscles and joints. Yoga for Anxiety will help with three things - create a better understanding of stress and anxiety, locate where stress is often held in the body, and give tools to use on and off the mat to help move through anxious moments in life. The anxiety provoking event can’t always be changed, or avoided - so let’s work together to flow right through it.
