Wine has always been my go to beverage, regardless of season, event or food. Even when I was in my undergraduate years, my preferred Friday night plans were a wine and cheese party as opposed to a house party. I’m currently finishing my masters degree while also pursuing a research based post graduate certificate and working full time hours. Needless to say, life can be stressful. I love winding down by filling the bath with bubbles and hopping in with a good book and a glass of wine. My dad is something of a wine connoisseur, so he’s taught me a lot about different flavour notes & how to pair wines, but I’m always learning & eager to share my knowledge along the way!
