PREVIEW Release Stretch & Strengthen Yoga Flow with Kaya
A well balanced feel-good flow beginning with slower (yin) movements to release tension, relax and settle the body-mind, and then transitioning into strengthening (yang) sequences accessible for all levels. The pace will gradually pick up, as you work on maintaining concentration on the breath, proper alignment and sensations within the body. We will begin and conclude the class with breath-work and a short guided meditation
