Prenatal yoga focuses on positions that are specifically designed for pregnant women’s bodies while maintaining the meditation connectivity of the mind and body. CeeCee, a Birth and Postpartum Doula, will walk expecting mothers through gentle movement and restorative poses with just the right amount of strengthening to prep for birth.
