Pranayama: Breathwork with Kelsy Livic

Learn new pranayama techniques for physical, mental, and spiritual cleansing and wellbeing! This is a great class for all levels of practice, including those new to pranayama. All you need is a quiet space with a pillow or bolster, a blanket, and an open mind! Please refrain from eating at least an hour beforehand if it’s safe for you to do so.

Kelsy Livic
Kelsy is a 500 hour yoga instructor who trained in yoga, mudras, mantras, meditation, Ayurveda, and pranayama in Rishikesh, India. She is also a Reiki practitioner, and a crystal healing practitioner. She holds her bachelor’s in biology with minors in religious studies and philosophy. She is currently going back to school for nursing. In their spare time, Kelsy and her husband love to take their 3 daughters traveling. They also enjoy hosting dinner and games for friends and family.
