Troy is certified through the Yoga Alliance as a 500 Hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher holds many certifications in physical fitness and was a personal trainer for a decade. With 12 yoga certifications and trainings, teaching yoga since 2004 and meditating since 1994 Troy infuses his teachings with anatomical alignment and safety. In 2011 he created the Safe Yoga School Yoga Teacher Training and leads private one on one and small group trainings in meditation and yoga. Troy has helped thousands of students in yoga and meditation. He is available for speaking engagements and private sessions. He was the founder of ‘Sun Salute Yoga Studio’ winner of Best Yoga Studio of Dana Point four years, Safe Yoga School Yoga Teacher Training’. Shanti Troy is certified by Yogi Amrit Desai, Core Power Yoga, Yoga Fit, AFAA. He has been teaching yoga since 2002 and has studied meditation since 1994 starting with local Orlando teacher Diane Ross. He is a published article contributor and author of 'The Why of Yoga' on Amazon and Kindle. He speaks and teaches and is a leader of yoga retreats internationally.
