Peggy is an ex-banker turned yoga teacher and life coach. She's currently a 200-hour registered yoga teacher pursuing advanced yoga training and is on the path to earning her 500-hour certification in 2021. Peggy believes in respecting our bodies, trusting our intuitions, and having compassion for all beings, including ourselves. Be aware of postures that induce distress, be curious about intuitive movements that bring ease, and be kind to ourselves even if we can't achieve certain poses. Maintain a consistent practice and honor the progress will cultivate exponential growth that manifests over time. As a yoga teacher, Peggy teaches from a place of love and kindness, and she intends to help students feel refreshed, relaxed, and balanced after stepping off the mat.
