Body Blast is a muscle building and conditioning virtual class focusing on high repetitions and light weight training exercises. You will be utilizing a mixture of dumbbells, kettle bells and body weight to sculpt and define arms, back, legs and glutes. Class will also contain an intensive abdominal/core component. To make you summer time fine all year round!

Class Length: 45 minutes

Level of Difficulty: Beginner and Intermediate
