PREVIEW Effortless Guided Meditation for Deep Rest & Resilience with Hanna Chusid
This evidenced based guided meditation is traditionally practiced laying down, though you are free to sit if you prefer. After initial brief introductions you will be asked to mute yourself and may turn your camera off. You will be guided through the brain wave states of rest and sleep, while remaining awake! Occasionally gentle quiet bells will provide an alpha wave, deepening the relaxation. The process guides you to states of relaxation sequentially from the physical body, to more and more subtle bodies of planes of Being. In Ayurveda/Yoga the 5 levels Body are known as Koshas; they correspond quite beautifully to the 5 levels of Soul in the Jewish Mystical Tradition/Kabbalah. The experience simply feels relaxing for most people. In this state of deep relaxation the body/mind/spirit integrate, digest stress and trauma without reliving it, and deep new intentions for vitality and well-being are readily seeded. Overall, the nervous system is reeducated to remember the experience of relaxed awareness in everyday life. It is a coming home to Self.
