Ash is a woman on a mission of compassion and ERYT-200 YACEP (Experienced 200 hr Registered Yoga Instructor and Yoga Alliance Certified Continuing Education Provider). She came to yoga as a way to treat inflammation and stayed for the balance and love it brought into her life. Her teaching focuses on the breath and how the smallest movements create the largest impact.
