This class lead by Chasity is for all levels of yoga practitioners. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, this class will benefit you. You will meditate, breathe, move the body to generate some heat and then we will cool down with some yin postures (long stretches). You will feel rejuvenated afterwards and your body will thank you!

Chasity has been teaching yoga for 2+ years and is 200hr certified by Yoga Alliance. She has a BFA degree in Dance, so she is highly knowledgeable of the human body and how to move efficiently to prevent injuries. Chasity teaches various styles of yoga, meditation, and pranayama techniques throughout Los Angeles. Alongside being a yoga instructor and professional dancer, she teaches art class to kids and illustrates children's books! Chasity believes yoga is yoga, it doesn't have to be complicated. You move, breathe, and find your way to stillness.
