Expect an accessible and fun gentle yoga class where you will move more slowly and intentionally throughout class allowing deep release in our major muscle groups. With a strong focus on alignment, Jesse will guide safely through a full body flow to integrate a steady internal rhythm with self observation at the forefront of it all. All level students welcome as Jesse enjoys making yoga accessible for every body.
