January New Moon Yoga with Ash Kiefer

Delve deeper into your practice with 30 minutes of movement, 30 minutes of meditation, and 30 minutes of connection to self and community.Have your mat, water, and journal handy.

Ash Kiefer
Ash is a woman on a mission of compassion and ERYT-200 YACEP (Experienced 200 hr Registered Yoga Instructor and Yoga Alliance Certified Continuing Education Provider). She came to yoga as a way to treat inflammation and stayed for the balance and love it brought into her life. Her teaching focuses on the breath and how the smallest movements create the largest impact.

Great way to reset and connect across the miles.

Ash's yoga classes are always a delight. She brings the same care and attention to her online classes as she does in-person. I especially love the New Moon classes which provide a great chance to reset and connect.
