Hatha Yoga for Strength and Stability with Ashley Vasas

In this Hatha yoga class, we will mindfully connect our yoga poses to the breath. Expect a full-body workout as we move through the postures. We'll focus on building a strong foundation from the ground up and finding safe alignment. At the end of class, we'll wind down and integrate our practice with an extended savasana.
