In this class we will dive deep into the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a tantric form of yoga similar to a guided meditation. They say 40 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3 hours of sleep. Yoga Nidra is an immensely therapeutic practice used to increase energy, promote mindfulness, ease anxiety and even treat PTSD.

While on a healing journey that included battling addiction, learning meditation and incorporating fitness, Will found himself immersed with some of the most profound Yoga teachers in Denver. Their passion, along with the holistic tradition of Yoga captured and inspired him to pursue this path. Since completing his 200 hr RYT training he has gone on to study Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra under the master Jeremy Wolf. Will aims to bring the same healing, welcoming and inclusive community, and intentional movement to his students.
