Dance Cardio - burn calories, utilizes different muscle groups, improves rhythm and coordination all while having a blast. Choreography- improves cognitive performance, challenges the brain and improves balance. Under the instruction of Britney Gale, dancer/performer with over 20 years of experience boost your confidence and spend an hour dedicated fully to YOU.
