Core Foundations focuses on building strength and stability from your center-out! Each class will work on developing a strong and stable core, and build fluid movement from your head to toes through a variety of exercises that can be done anywhere with zero or minimal extra equipment. Class also includes a dynamic warmup and a deep stretch cool-down, with guidance on proper form and modifications available. This hour long class is suitable for all fitness levels.
