We have been impressed by how much strength and flexibility we have gained by working out with Brent, who is warm and encouraging. He adjusts the workouts to suit each one of us in the group (we are at the older end) and he targets core areas often neglected but vital to staying fit and healthy. We plan to work out with him for many years to come.
This is a quick 45 min, full-body workout. It’s good for all fitness levels. Brent keeps the workout varied and fun. He makes suggestions to modify for an easier or more challenging variation of the exercise. Because the workout is remote and mostly see Brent, it feels like a private workout for the great price of $10. You can keep your video on or off.
