Body Blast Workout With Brent Richardson

No weights and minimal equipment? No problem. Brent's class is for all fitness levels and you can use a water bottle or free weights. This full-body, anaerobic workout is designed for all ages and fitness levels. Minimal workout equipment is needed... just a set of dumbbells or water bottles will be sufficient to complete this class. A workout mat would also be a good addition but is not necessary. You can also use a towel or rug for the part that is on the floor.
