I truly believe that yoga is for every body! It can help us build a sense of resiliency in both body and mind. I am a 500-RYT and currently hold certifications in yin, restorative, and Mindful Resilience (a trauma-informed yoga). I am pursuing a master's of science in yoga therapy in the hopes of continuing to explore and work with the resiliency of the nervous system.
