For the past 10 years, Camille has practiced yoga and meditation daily. Her connection to the practice began in high school, determined to heal herself from anxiety and panic attacks. Yoga and meditation helped manage her stress, anxiety, and created a space for her to feel like herself again. Her personal experiences inspire her to help others use these practices to improve their lives. Camille believes in using yoga as a tool to bring peace, clarity, compassion and mindfulness into the world, which is something everyone can benefit from.
