Anastazyia is an RYT-200 and a mental health counselor who loves working with new to yoga students. She has been practicing for 15 years. The practice brought her better health, mood, and sense of presence. Wanting to share these benefits with others, she pursued her RYT-200 in Ashtanga and Vinyasa styles. She takes a trauma-informed, accessibility minded approach to yoga. She enjoys teaching veterans and community health professionals. It is a bold act to take a few moments in our busy days to pause and breathe.
