Donna had her first exposure to Yoga with a semester college elective course in NYC. Her practice, training and experience has exposed her to many styles of Yoga. She enjoys teaching all levels and ages of students. Her compassion and love of Yoga is an inspirational extension through lovingly guiding students with poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation to reconnect with their essence.
