Awaken your body and mind by building a slow flow to start your day. We begin with pranayama and meditation that transitions us into movement to move into the day with ease. Students will need a mat and may want a yoga strap, meditation cushion or yoga bolster, and yoga block.

Ash's yoga classes are always a delight. She brings the same care and attention to her online classes as she does in-person. I especially love the New Moon classes which provide a great chance to reset and connect.
